NEW IN-HOUSE SPRAY BOOTHS IMPROVE OUR EFFICIENCY

At VMG Yachtbuilders, we always look for ways to improve our processes. Our latest addition does exactly that. We have built two spray booths at our Stofberg facility, bringing another important part of the yacht building process in-house.

With three sport fishing boats and a Puffin 42 under construction, building these spray booths was a strategic decision. The first two sport fishing boats have already had their first round, while the third sport fishing boat and the Puffin 42 are now in the booths for their turn.

This addition means we can now complete the entire building process from aluminium hull construction to painting and finishing all within our own facilities. By not having to transport yachts to external painting locations, we significantly increase our efficiency and have better control over quality and planning.
